I couldn't get it to work earlier but here goes:

Could be worth a visit but some of the things in the add don't seem to make sense (to me anyway).
Forced quad-flow induction - I can't see any sign of forced induction on the pic where some of the induction is visible, it looks standard.
3 way GAZGAZ all round - What is that, do they mean GAZ shocks?
590bhp might be pushing it unless it does have some sort of FI. From what I have heard the larger capacity over 5.0 increased torque but not the bhp that much.

There is a long throw crank for the AJP, you need to put spacers betwwen the block and heads to take the crank. I believe Peter Wheeler had one of these as a test bed but it was so unreliable nothing was done with it.
I also don't think it delivered any more horses than the 4.7, may be a bit more torque but also would lose some of it's ability to rev like a bike due to the longer stroke.
I wouldn't have one but that is just my own opinion.

Hmmm, I think I recognise the plate. This is local to me. Photo is at Sale Water Park. If I am not mistaken, this guy had another Cerb a few years ago, an immaculate green one previously but wrote it off at Oulton Park. Stuck it on its roof at Old Hall corner. Some of the wording on this irritates me a little, 4K on rims? These look like what Fubes has but sprayed white. I would like an engine expert like Joolz or APM to pass comment 590BHP... Really? it would have to have some sort of FI. Surely you would take engine bay photos if you had something to show off? 25 large for what looks like an average 1998 4.5 with unknown engine mods with no sign of any body off is seriously steep.
Another thing that bugs me...is why do all that for performance and then make a big play on no track days etc!! What a waste.
And another thing.... 75kg under at 1020kg?? really? I doubt you will find any cerb anywhere at 1095kg. I smell stuff.

The advert makes no sense and puts the sellers knowledge under doubt. Wouldn't put me off viewing the car, but I'd be forming my own conclusions as regards the quality of the car and wouldn't initially trust anything the seller said (until he could prove himself).
O/T I rememberracing testing our identical Mini Cooper S's along the A69 years ago. Glad to see your thinking of scratching a Cerbera itch, they're lovely cars.

Not necessarily... There were some blocks nowt machined as much from the original castings, so P Wheeler's and the odd other engine were longer crank with no spacers... Require a similar front cover though!
