Vibration through steering wheel
Discussion
Hi all
Pretty much ever since I have had my Cerbera (4 1/2 years), I have had a vibration through the steering wheel at speed. I've had :
Spiders which were replaced with SP12's (no change)
2 sets of tyres on the SP12 and rebalances each time (different places).
Ball joints replaced.
Nitrons refurbed.
Wheel bearings replaced.
ARB drop links replaced.
Drag link bushes replaced.
Anything else you can think of/point me in the direction of? Ta!

I had this recently and traced it to the steering arm,i.e the arm that screws into the end of the steering rack, there is a joint this end which had play in it( the other end has a ball-joint in it).I replaced the whole arm and it was fine.
To check it jack the wheel up off the ground and check to see if there is any side to side play in the wheel. The joint I'm talking about is inside the gaitor on the steering rack.
