Hi all

I'm looking to replace the fixings that hold the F1 panel and scuttle in place, you know the sort of dished washers with the hex bolts? Does anyone know a good place to get them from please?

I'd like some black washers ideally. Thanks!

I used some of these (except in purple) when I did my rebuild

Thanks! I'm also looking to replace the bolts too, what length/pitch should I be looking for ?

Sorry for the daft questions, I don't have the car with me at the moment.

M6 x1 countersunk hex head
20mm. Stainless good.

I had different lengths from 15 to 25 installed. Replaced with 20mm and they all fitted.
Fit just over finger tight, or the inserts in the fibreglass may pull.

Where is the best place to get the actual inserts from?

I looked at this, the original brass ones I could not find.
I looked at rivinuts in stainless but the looked they wouldn't bond well.
However I found theses on eBay
281201534662
They look better.
Drive them in with fibreglass resin etc
Hope this helps
