A while ago I had a bit of a mishap with a full 5 litre can of oil that ended up mostly soaked into the carpet in the boot.

After a year or so of regularly trying to clean the carpet I feel there is no saving it and it needs replacing.

So two questions really, where do I get one from and do I need to take the tank out, it is only the floor part that need replacing.

Speak to d & c trim. They can do you a full set. Got some as I too had the oil mishap. I brought the carpet and sent them the roll. Totally unessesary as they have it but that was before I spoke to them. Still need to fit mine.

I had a similar mishap with 5litres of white paint. I was scooping white paint out the boot with a ladel.

I could do with some new carpets also but I would prefer an upgrade black carpet rather than the rough textured carpet I have in there at the moment.
I will give D&C trim a call and see if they can provide me with it.
