Paint help required!!!

Guys
I am trying to get some paint for my Cerb - Blue Cosmos P422 (from the Vin plate)but finding it extremely difficult due to the complexity off the paint make up. Can anyone help me with the mix code or direct me to a paint supplier that understands the TVR mix. I am told by my paint supplier that he believes TVR used ICI paint. He even scanned the colour but it still came up blank due to the fleck within the colour. The other number on the plate is 8AL6B but he couldn't get any reading from this on his computer.
