Baby seat Cerb
Discussion
The Jane Montecarlo R1 fits too. I've got 2 of them, but we've just got a Bubblebum for the eldest child who's now 4 and she's got much more space. You've still got to do something with that bloody seatbelt mount at head-height though. The R1s are good seats nevertheless for 9kg upwards.

This right? How do you know if it fits in a Cerb ?

New born has to be in a rear facing baby seat. (Lack of ability to control head muscle wise) that's why in any car a baby goes in the front passenger seat rear facing with airbags de activated. Normally this seat just clips into your buggy.
Yes but not in the front seat - that's a last resort only for cars with insufficient rear space! In any normal family car the Stage 1 rear facing seats go in the rear.OP - you can pretty much forget any chance of getting a rear facing Stage 1 seat in a Cerbera unless you're taking the baby out on your own or your partner is very small and happy/able to travel in the back. Stage 2 seats (9kg upwards) is no problem though.

Yes, sorry all our cars are sports cars OP - you can pretty much forget any chance of getting a rear facing Stage 1 seat in a Cerbera unless you're taking the baby out on your own or your partner is very small and happy/able to travel in the back. Stage 2 seats (9kg upwards) is no problem though.

I can say in 2010 range mamas and papas seats the Atom seat is the narrowest. (With urbo system pushchair being smallest too) I reckon the pushchair will fit in a cerb boot, I can check for you If you like) We fitted it in type r recaros between the high bolsters and it fitted in corbaru sprints standard width.
Thanks for the input , just had a maxi cosi tested out in my Cerb , yes had to go on front seat backwards and yes my lady would have to go in the back , unfortunate , can't see any long road trips ahead but at least I can get all 3 in at once and won't be forced to either sell or even worse get a "normal car " , so I see now the seat I saw in the garage the other day must've been for an older child , not sure it was entirely legally fitted either, any way more hurdles to negotiate for the future .
