Hi Guy's

Can anyone recommend an online tyre supplier, I'm looking for 2 S03 245/45/16 rears. I know there has been a million posts, but just wondered if there were any up to date deals.

Just been quoted the following;
2 x BRIDGESTONE S03, 245/45/16 93Y fully fitted £291.70, £276.44, mail order

Cheers

I found Event Mobile Tyres better than both mytyres.co.uk and BlackCirlces.com last time I had a new fitment (for a Pirelli P-Zero Rosso) - they come to your home/office too.

However, Micheldever were even cheaper, but are only based in the mid-South.

Would always be wary of mobile fitters putting on tyres on 18" spiders (or any wheels that are prone to being "fussy"). Nothing against them in principal, but I'd be dubious of their ability to balance the wheel at variable speeds (i.e. the 90mph judder that's common).

Have ordered from www.performancealloys.com in the past, and found them to be great, even when I changed my mind about the tyres that I wanted AFTER they'd delivered them!

Event Mobile tyres used the same kit in the back of the van as every garage I've seen - very professional it looked too.

Or is there a less accurate method some mobile fitters use?

Hi shell.

I have a pair of 245 45 16's so3's that will be coming off the rear of my cerbie in about 10 days time. They were put on in May 04 and have done about 1500 miles. They have approx 6mm tread left and are in good nick. I am changing to Toyo semi slick tyres to go sprinting.

Give me a call on 07770-220302 days or 01494-817339 eves/weekends if you are interested. I am in south bucks.
