Evening all.

Just after a few opinions.

I'm modifying the handbrake on my cerb and part of this is removing the existing including the back plates. The back plates are about 7.5-8mm thick (forgot to write the measurements down) I've made some new spacers to fill the void where the back plate lives. Currently they are 10mm. I'm happy to machine them to the correct size just wondering would the 3mm per side improve or spoil the car. Wheel clearance isn't an issue as it's only 3mm?

I've changed my (not original) spiders 8.5" et42 to a 9.5" et30 wheel, so increased the rear track by 24.5 mm each side ( outside of wheel, inside 1/2mm)

Haven't noticed any difference in handling, wheels fill arches much better now as I felt they were sunk in too far.
