I realise that this is the most asked question on this site so I apologise in advance, but my cerb has a flat battery (no surprises there) and I can not open anything even the bonnet, there fore can not put charger on. Is there a way in with out smashing a window (I am hoping that's a joke) thanks

Sorry, I don't think anyone is going to give you that information on a public forum particularly as you are not a regular poster. Your best bet is to ask the person that you bought the car from or the garage that services it for you.

It amazes me how many people suddenly pop up on here locked out of their cars?
I wonder how many Cerbs are being stolen these days?

If you cannot contact the last owner( he may have emigrated, then go to the garage you use to service car.
Good luck.
