Hi all, early 97 Cerb with the stupid fuel pipe configuration.

What tools have people successfully used to cut through the swaging on the bulkhead fuel pipe fitting.

Been scratching it with my hacksaw for the past 20 mins to no avail. Access is tight - Inlet manifold removed working from top of the engine.

Dremel?

Considering pulling the box out, or maybe just the Starter (although I seem to remember this being a beeatch).

Wish I had just dropped the box in the first place (Or had done the friken fuel pipes when I changed the clutch last year!!!!), would have saved me a load of hassle!

Cheers,

Matt

My new Maplin special offer dremel thing did the job eventually. Awkward because of the angle you are working at and took aout 20 snapped cutting discs.

Next question...... has anyone found a more elegant solution for the curled flexi house that joins the copper pipe to the fuel filter?

Cheers
