Phoned up today about the progress on the Cerb and was told it would be another week as the bellhousing had only just arrived today and they are waiting for the flywheel.
Well at least I know they are being thorough and it will be worth the wait.
The touble is there's a limited amount of forums I can read in the meantime.

Acquiring a new bellhousing is quite an achievement in itself from what I've been led to believe.
Sounds like 'they' know their stuff.
Weather's getting better for you

They used to be the main TVR dealer in the North and have got a very good reputation. It does fill me with confidence when they won't release it till they're fully happy with it going out the door. Its just that I.m getting impatient now the suns shining!

" we wont release it till were absolutely happy with it" ->we have another rush job in that is taking precedence over yours.

Thats right DaveTVR, It blew when I took it for a test drive and then ended up on Fleabay as spares or repair. Steve320ise then brought it back to South Yorkshire AKA "Cerb Central". He's got the engine out and sorting what it needs.

It turns out that after a few posts on here there are quite a number of Cerb owners in the locality. I feel a meet up coming!

Now you can have your Doncaster meeting in style! Like the colour.

Went to the car show at Doncaster racecourse yesterday to see all these Cerbs that are living and breathing fire in the town. Huge disappointment! Not one cry

Well got the Cerb back home this afternoon. First impressions are: Fantastic looking car, Great noise even with the standard exhaust and cats fitted and love the pops and bangs on overrun!
Red hot in the cabin and crap blower! Need to get the air con on tomorrow. Not as fast as I imagined...no slouch but not neck snappingly fast...more "Turbine like" and loads of torque. The handling is sharp and precise and the steering fast as hellfire!
All in all a quite an uneventful 120 mile drive back down the A1 but its devoloped a misfire and is quite lumpy on tickover. I'll have a look in the morning and hopefully its just a lead or plug. Any ideas?
Once its sorted out,and running sweet I'll have it decatted.
Tomorrow is play day and hopefully we can have some fun!

To all the Donny area Cerbs....Keep checking back on here and we'll sort something out for a meet up. Anyone know of a good venue preferably with a decent sized car park and car friendly landlord?
Or maybe a park meet?

It would be good if we could wait till Steve320i is on the road?
