outrigger protectors

The car is well and truly back on the road after the chassis refurb. One of the last few bits needed is a pair of "outrigger front corner protectors" - the old ones are about 3 inches too short.

I've seen a few on ebay before now, and some really good-looking DIY efforts on here, but none on ebay at the moment. Anyone got any they'd like to sell?

Would these be suitable for the Chimaera as well?

I'm not sure if they will but if someone wants to measure the chims outriggers then I don't see why they wouldn't. Could be modified to suit.

Hi, can you post a pic of the protectors. I'm in the middle of a refurb and this has crossed my mind.

I can measure mine no problem,do you mean the length of the protruding tube that gets blasted by the front wheel?

the lower tube length and the height between them at the widest point please, and a photo to help
