My new brake pads on the rear are rattling even with new springs and pins. I see that i can buy anti rattle spring plates for CP5211 calipers but mine have CP5111 written on them. Does anyone know if the CP5211 plates fit these calipers ?

Thanks

And the answer is yes. The J5211-106 spring from Powers fits the CP5111 caliper. No more clippety cloppety noises.

Highly recommended, not a squeak in 400 miles since I fitted them yesterday. They were embarrassing before.

I'll be on the phone to Power on Monday for a set of these, I presume they come in pairs. In my searching I did note Brummie fitted these a while ago but bought them direct from AP at a premium, good find.
To say the rattle was embarrassing as it is louder than my sports exhaust at low speed doesn't quite cover it. Looking forward to fitting them.

Yes they do come in pairs. The noise hasn't completely disappeared but it is much much less. It was like a comedy horses hooves sound effect without the springs whereas now there is just a bit of a ticking.

Stick this on the back of the pads, it also reduces the rattle dramatically, when used with the strings completely.

Fitted the springs from Power today and been for a 30 mile milk run, great no bloody rattling. Top tip....
