Hi does anyone have the correct wheel tracking settings for a mk1 Cerb. I had a diagram but cant locate it. Just fitted new track rod ends having refurbed the rack, so before I go anywhere I need to get it tracked. Would like info for when I take it to the garage. Thanks Richard

Took Cerb to Kwick Fit today, they told me on the phone that they had the latest Hunter tracking machine, best on the market £50,000 worth and track the car no prob. They ended up just doing the toe in on the fronts, the machine, would not read or acknowledge any other dimension and nothing on the back. £45 well spent (not). Any one else had this problem?

Well there is your problem! You need to have it done by someone who knows what they are doing. These are not run-of-the-mill shopping cars, they are rather quirky, high performance, hand built sports cars and need to be treated as such. Take the poor thing to an expert.

To do it correctly takes a long time, all the ride heights need setting, then it's measure, adjust measure, repeat until correct. As said, you need to take it somewhere who understands geometery properely, that won't just look for green readings on a screen like Kwik-fit do...

You could have achieved the same result as quick fit with two pieces of string and saved yourself £45 (honestly not kidding) smile
For people who know Cerb setup near you it's selby TVR or jools.
For basic tracking any decent non chain type garage is ok. (Or said string)
However for four wheel tracking you may find the rear track adjuster are seized so something to sort pre tracking.
