Cerbera Anniversary!

Today 27th April, I've owned my 4.5 2003 Cerbera for 10 whole years to the day.

There's been Ups as well as Downs during these past 10 years but I can tell you this, the Ups far outweigh the Downs.

Almost all the work required during my ownership, except for one small job early on, has been carried out by TVR Power or Powers Performance as they are now known. I know my Cerbera has a special place in Dom's heart and he knows full well that She never wants for anything.

I have every single receipt for what I've spent on the car which is as follows:

Road Tax - £2750
Insurance - £4000
Servicing, MOTs, Upgrades & Critical Work ie full engine rebuild, tyres, bushes, drop links, etc - £36,700

Total is around - £43,450

This does not include the cost of fuel

I have traveled as I type this 47,350 miles in Her which equates to 4735 miles per annum @ 92p per mile (excluding fuel)

I wonder what the average mileage per annum is for a Cerbera?

So Happy Birthday to my ownership and all on the day my daughter is 21 too.

I think I'll need to keep mine for another 10 years to get below £1/mile, currently running around £3.15/mile on upgrades and repairs alone. Still worth it though!

Aug 20 will be BlackBeauty's and mine 10th anniv (currently 60K miles together) but seven years of that has been unemployed and she has suffered as a result.
