Hi, came out the other day to my Cerb and somebody has cut the corner while exiting the adjacent parking space. Thus, my car has a two deep scratches on the front left corner. I want to get this fixed. However, providing the colour code - Reflex Purple P4222-TKR1B - to the paint shop here in Norway gives them no clue....

Do you have any ideas which manufacturer produced the Reflex paint for TVR (i.ex PPG, Spies Hecker etc.) ?

Any help welcome.

Thanks!

The P422 part of teh code means it was formerly an ICI paint, now owned by PPG.

You may struggle to find the exact paint as the original 2 pack paint has been replaced by water based products but that is a good start.

Aren't surface and design the people to call with regards TVR paint, ex. TVR folks ? They may have some of that paint left in stock and could ship to you (if royal mail/courier will allow abroad) so a sprayer can make the necessary repair ?

I did call them about some orange flip paint for a french owner, think there was only 2L left at a price to reflect the rarity of the paint.

Might be worth a call: http://www.surfaceanddesign.com/page4.html
