4.5 fuel regulator.
Discussion
I have always thought that the way in which the regulator is position in proximity to the throttle rod is a fire just waiting to happen.
When I original brought the car the throttle rod was wearing it's way through the fuel return hose. I addressed this by cable tying it out the way as best possible.
Now I've replaced the fuel lines with braided they are less flexible and it has already started to rub through the outer fire sleeve that I also fitted.
I was going to address this by making a spacer all it needs is 10mm and it would clear the hose and be a lot safer.
However upon a little research I have come across fuel injector extensions which given they use the same o rings should fit. Still need spacers to attach the regulator back on but that is simple.
So yes or no
These are the extensions cheap too and if they do what I want them to do.
