Hi All.
As seems the case with many, I have been an avid reader of these forums for some time and found them invaluable as I gradually persuaded myself that I needed a TVR in my life! I took the plunge this year and bought a Cerbera and so far am totally enjoying the experience, major smiles per mile (often masked by deep concentration and a hint of fear!). So it is slightly disappointing that my first post on a forum is because I've damaged it.
Went over a car park speed bump too fast (15mph) and heard a horrible crunching noise. Inspection underneath, not an easy thing in a car park, revealed some scuffs and I have torn off something rubberised, that stuck down from the back of the flat surface beneath the drivers and passenger seats (picture below). Does anyone know what it was? Hoping that it's nothing too serious. Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure that's just a rubber bung in a drain hole. No serious damage done.

Yep agree nothing serious. Got to expect a few scraps now and then. Just slow down over the dreaded speed bumps

Thanks. That is a relief. Just didn't spot the bump on in time. As you can imagine, I crawled over it on the way out. Lesson learnt!

Lowest point on the car is usually the exhaust, the other vulnerable part is the front spoiler that is roughly below the radiator.
