I managed to get a connection on a mates old laptop but I only had a few mins.
Coolant temp was showing 110 gauge showing 85
Both lambda sensors show 0.01
Adaptive was 18 and 35
Tps shows 14 one and 18 the other with the engine not running.
The map pressure was 1018 at idle I was told this is very high maybe a partly blocked cat?

You need first to get the banks physically balanced so that both sets of butterglies are open the same amount at idle. To do this you need a flowmeter. Once you have done this the pots need to be moved to get them to read the correct value at idle. Only then can you start getting any sense out of the other sensors. This is all covered in the manual.
Is this a s6 or AJP?
The temp being that far out across the gauge vs ecu is most likely a combination of two things. The gauge over reading - but they all do that and the coolant temp sensor being on the way out. Mine had corrosion around the wires/connector from the temp sensor (that feeds the ecu) and some water/damp in there and was also a mile apart like yours. A new temp sensor and now it is pretty close to the gauge.
The lambdas sound toast they should be switching not constantly 0.01 so get some new ones of those in.
As for the adaptives/throttle readings you need to setup the engine (so get the throttle pots issue sorted and balanced), reset the adaptive and go for a drive then look at the new readings.
Good luck.
