Hi all,

Car is doing some funny things and thought i'd ask opinions..........

Firstly, windows is down, driving along when my window suddenly goes all the way up on its own. So i wind it down again, 10minutes it does it again! Hasn't done it since!!

Secondly, if i press the heated screen button down for longer than 1/2 a second, the aircon comes on too!

Thirdly, if i use the windscreen wipers and have the aircon, every now and then, the outside air temp warning lights flash and the aircon switches off. this is now a regular occurance!

MY CAR IS POSSESSED!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a good sign. You have the same 'self healing' cerb as me. I've had mine nearly 5 years and i view my same window feature as a labour saving device.

Best not to try and get these things fixed, they just go away and come back very occasionaly. Other features ive experieced are:

- Wipers decide to take a swipe all by themselves
- Speedo stops, telling me i was going too fast
- Alarm never plays ball when my wife tries to drive her (god's honest)
- Water temperature guage pretends its the rev counter

Keep smiling

Thats amazing mine does the windows thing and automatcally locks the and windows whilst you're driving along. As an added bonus the boot has a habbit of popping open as you near triple figures in the fast lane. Or is it an air break?

ahhhh........ now u mention it i can see that the added bonus of the windows shutting manually thus reliveing your left arm of the stress of lifting to push these buttons!

So also, the door opening buttons failing to open the doors must mean that the cerb loves me to drive her that much she doesnt want me to get out.

Or is that a 'Fatal Attraction' type thingy???!!!!

Mine has done this every now and then since I got it, 12 months ago. Originally thought it was water in the chip in the alarm speaker. But it did it again the other day.

However I was getting a bit of earache from the cold air whilst listening to my popping and banging and the window closed on its own......................................................maybe Cerby was atuned to by Biomechanism and looked after me, perhaps we have become a collective conciousness...............we are Borg................resistance is futile!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or at least trying to burn me away from the lights!
