What are peeps using nowadays? Are the iridium ones a good idea? Any particular brand better than another?

NGK BKR5EKU

Never had a problem with these in over 10 years. Also, they're changed every year for a fresh set so age related problems are non existant either.

One of the consequences of very long plug change intervals is the likelihood that they seize in the cylinder head (and the associated expense). Not heard of that in a Cerb, but certainly does happen with more mundane cars.

What is the number of these iridium NGK plugs suitable for a Cerbera V8?

They corrode & get stuck if the car spends any time outside water gets down the gap you stick the plug spanner down & is trapped down there.
