MOT emmissions

Just got my car back from the MOT and was suprised at the emmissions results-seem surprisingly good.

At fast idle the actual CO level was 0.007 (Max limit 0.200). HC was 19 (Max limit 200). Lambda 1.006 (Max 1.030).

Is this what you guys get normally?

I expect my decatted, emerald ecu'd Cerbie to cause the test stations' emittion test machine to go into melt down!!

Perhaps the machine was broken?

You might find that those are surprisingly similar readings to the Mondeo that was parked next to it when they tested "your" car.

I do not hope you are suggesting it is a "special" TVR MOT station. Well I'm shocked.

Those readings are not possible with your car.
