Some honest advise would be appreciated. I'm thinking of purchasing a Cerbera but I'm a little concerned about the rumours around the running costs. It'll be a dry car covering approximately 7K a year. Got any advise lpease folks?

Everyone on here seems to think £3k per year. This doesn't include any upgrades (and there will be)!

Take a look at my profile and click on my cerb at the bottom, it'll give you 15 months worth of ownership costs.

Don't think about it, just do it

Running a Cerb is a matter of choice. Many people run a Cerb as a toy, lavishing every extra, continually upgrading, changing and servicing its every need. You are also able to run a Cerb as a car, servicing it when its needed (annually or on mileage).

Having had a Cerb for a few years now, and driving it about 4k per year I have spent less than £1000 per year on it. Joolz has supplied pads and a clutch, the service by Dream Machines (main dealer).

The end result is that however you run the Carb, every time you press start it will bring a smile to your face.

3k a year is fair, so long as you start with a sorted one, and accept that sooner or later it may bite you and cost more.

On the other hand you get genuine supercar performance.....
