It appears that this is rotting on my Cerbera and has a large hole in it :-/. Apparently, this is unheard of as it is one part that was originally over-engineered. The other side is perfect? Odd. Anyway, I am trying to found one, so if anyone has one they'd consider selling please?

Thanks :-)

I drive by this breakers yard almost every day and they have at least one Cerbera on it's racks that I can see from the road. I think it still has it's wheels on and therefore, the upright must be there too.

Just checked and it's a passenger side unfortunately. Why can't you weld the hole up or weld a plate on top?

Just drive it to Chatsworth. Make sure it breaks in the car park. I'll go and get a trolley jack and someone else will go and find one for you and help fit it there and then ;-)

Thank you looking smile.

This might be a possibility - I think the immediate reaction was that I should just try and source another. If that turns out to be a real problem, then needs must.

I would prefer to replace it, given that they don't usually rot, the other side is perfect, so it's clearly a duff one. (Female logic) wink

I haven't managed to actually get my hands on the correct upright yet, I'm just bumping this in case someone has come across one (she asks hopefully!) please?

As of next week, I am going to have a rare three wheeled Cerbera and I'm not sure that it will very desirable.

Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you smile.

How about using a Tuscans. Take the brake caliper mount off and weld the cerberas one on. Even if a fab shop had to make a new brake caliper mount it's only a piece of flat bar with tapped holes in it.

RT Racing should be able to repair your current hub. Give Richard a call, he seemed confident most were recoverable when he did mine.
