Forward Facing Rear Baby Seat Wanted

Hello,

These emails come up from time to time and I used to scoff at them from my petrol sniffing single man world. Now I am posting the same thing, how times change.... At least the arrival of our baby last year has not decreased my car collection, and I most certainly still have the Cerbera.

Family is keen to go up to Chatsworth this year, so am looking for a rear kiddie seat - searching through old mails it seems most people want a genuine TVR one, but there are more Recaro Starts out there. I don't really mind, as long as it doesn't have too much baby puke on it and fits the back of the Tivver.

Anyone got one spare they want to part with for beer tokens? I'm in SE London but don't mind driving too far to pick up.

I've just read this with interest - it's a Recaro Start I'm after if I want to take him out in the Cerbera is it? Mines 15 months old.

My son was about a year old when we put him in the back of the cerb with with start. Think he was in in it until about 4 years old, when he run out of leg room, then we used a small booster seat.

For general info, it's now against the law to put a child in a front facing seat until they're at least 15 months old.

In a week or so I'll be able to confirm whether or not a Klippan Triofix fits in forward facing mode... (fingers crossed, but hopes aren't high)

Does anyone on here have an original TVR nimbus grey impact cushion they would be happy to swap with my magnolia one? My TVR child seat is Nimbus (matches interior) but the only impact cushion I could get my hands on wag magnolia... Son ready to be front facing so now just waiting for best opportunities.
