Cerbera 4.2 front disc removal?

I have the standard front discs, shouldn't they pull off the wheel studs once the brake calliper is removed? looks like they are bonded on with silicon sealant?

Mine do, no silicone.

If they are anything like the mx-5 ones I just changed then a slight persuasion with a hammer might be required as they'd stuck to the hub, rust?
