I'm out of the CFC
Discussion
Yep, thanks to dom & the lads at TVR Power, I am now fully re clutched. I've had the car 18 months & have always found the clutch pedal a tad resistive.
I've recently had a new throttle cable aswell, and the car now drives like a "normal car", clutch pedal a lot easier to push in & throttle nice & smooth.
Also, in the scale of things, the replacement clutch & seals isn't as expensive as I was fearing.
I always tell myself to sell the car, but when it's running again it's hard to.
I was considering leaving TVR for an old Viper, but having heard the 5.0 litre Rover engine with Power's upgrade, I'm torn.
The AA have asked me to send them the old clutch for the warranty, I'll let you know how I get on.
Good valentines day present, I think I'm in love again, Bloody car !!!
Thanks again to TVR Power, nice to meet.

I too have just taken leave of the CFC, having a new slave cylinder fitted by Joospeed. Now feels a bit stiffer, but thats fine by me - gives a sense it is working.
