After some simple pointers to cut out the ferreting around normally associated with fixing niggles.
Went for a nice long blat today along Hampshires finest and thought its dry but a bit dull in places so thought I'd help other road users and put my lights on, cue the bouncing Rev counter. A I've had that and did xx which cured it answers would really be Helpful. Failing that look here answers....

Thanks in advance and a merry Christmas to all Cerbera and TVR owners.

Bouncing rev counter is often due to a problem with the big fuse. While the fuse its self is only in the charging circuit of the battery, when it is broken the electrics loose the smoothing capacity of the battery which often is seen with the rev counter bouncing.

Ok, I'll scrape my arm and have look at the big fuse. Without lights there is no bouncing, with lights it bounces away merrily....
