Is there such a thing as a 5 min job on a Cerbera?!

Looks like the slave cylinder seals have gone, so have booked the car in with Colin down at TVRSSW.
Last night I wanted to make sure there was some fluid in the system so poped the bonnet to "just top up" the clutch fluid.
First thing I notice is that there is no clutch fluid resevior visible!
Get user manual out and find its hidden underneath the scuttle pannel...Slight mutterings of displeasure I head back to the garage to get allen key to undo bolts.
Scuttle pannel off and lo and behold still no fecking resevoir!
Back to manual and see that its in fact hidden underneath a hematically sealed cover next to the air box...Futher mutterings and cursing TVR for their ability to make things difficult.
Start to cut through sealant to discover two philips screws also securing cover...Even louder mutterings and trapse off to get screwdriver, lights now fading and Im using Iphone light to see what I'm doing.
Undo first screw then discover second screw is placed convieniently at an angle that can only be reached by removing the fecking airbox! Proper loud expletives now and off to get more tools. Its officially dark now and tools are getting dropped whilst the Iphone keeps falling down...At this moment I hate this sodding car!
Eventually get cover off, undo cap, top up fluid, throw cover in boot along with all tools, try to chuck scuttle panel in but its too big so fanny around trying to get clips in right position then screw on. Bonnet shut, boot shut, I'm cold, hands covered in all manner of grease/oil & grime, get back in house to be asked by the other half, "what took you, thought you were just topping up the fluid"?! Never had she been so close to being buried in the garden!

Took mine out for a spin last weekend, parked on drive and pushed into garage. Then noticed a puddle of fluid on the floor, panic. I checked all levels and everything spot on, took engine bay to pieces to find clip on rubber hose from washer bottle had worked loose, thank god. I do like becoming more and more familiar with my car though, under the skin they are pretty simple cars and almost DIY friendly. One job does end in two etc.
Yep, even what would be the simplest of jobs on most cars can be an absolute pain on a TVR, not just the Cerb.
Think overall, changing the front indicator light bulb on the Tuscan is the worst of what should be a trivial job. On most TVR’s you have to remove the wheel and then a stuck on and rustily screwed on panel in the wheel arch to get at the bulb holder, which is bad enough. But in the case of the Tuscan, after removing the main bonnet, you have to unscrew a panel in the engine compartment, the bottom screw of which is not easy to get purchase on, especially if rusty, but then the fun starts!
If your hands are small enough, you may just be able to reach through the hole in the wing, past the headlamp unit and be lucky enough to release the indicator bulb holder by hand. But I’ve never been able to manage that without removing the headlamp below first. Of course that means when you put it all back in reverse order the headlamp needs realigning....
Any other pet hates of what would be trivial jobs on other cars?

Today I must blow that out the water... kind of!After a great Drive yesterday (130miles into Chelsea and home) the car was awesome. However when reaching home (Milton Keynes) on the A422 I heard the most almighty crunching from under the car... 1st thought was Sh17 have I run something/someone over? Then has suspension collapsed, then just WTF and started noticing broken car parts in the road NOT MY CAR! after pulling into a retail area where I got our and checked front back and underneath all looked fine.
This morning got the car out and notice one exhaust was hanging horribly low. Ran the Car into Topcats and Warren who I have a great relationship with had it looked at and a siding solar on my ACT decat/sport pipe had slipped he and jacked car up adjusted & tightened all perfect! 5mins!! start the clock again my handbrake light comes on when its clear not engaged! again he looked at noticed that the wire was trapped in the ratchet teeth. He moved recounted and fixed clear of the area and hey presto. 1m40secs!!
Suppose these jobs are easy for anyone or DIYer in the know but I was bracing myself for some bad and negatively lucrative news. All in all a great and super quick job was done. Many Thanks to Warren and Topcats Racing saved the day.
