Doesn't seem that much on their website. I.e. Destinations etc, looks like a cheaper Gumball to me with track days thrown in.

Is anyone thinking about doing it?

Have a look at:

www.driversrun.com/news.htm

We're different to Gumball! This is for driving enthusiasts all the way. Couple of parties, three track days with exclusive use of the tracks, visit to Ferrari. Support coming with us if you want to bring track wheels :-)

Aaaaargh! Damnit. Really, really wish I wasn't selling the car... in need a high-speed continental driving fix after months of taking it easy on the teflon coated roads around here.

Hmmm, although, I'd have to do this AND Eurohoon again, so that's getting to take up a lot of the year...... Ah crap - I'm gonna have to buy a new toy, aren't I?

A nice 3 bedroom detached house with ensuite in a decent location. And an ex MOD Landrover to do the rallying in.

JS,

You want to jump in with Blue 4.5 don't you

Am not sure an ex MOD Landrover will perform that well on track

Actually, no. If it's not my car on the track (or the rest of the roads for that matter), I wouldn't be happy at all! Would love to do that week in a Noble, actually. Good job they look like kit cars, or I might have been tempted!

Given my driving, I'd probably put an equally good (or bad) time in in a Series 2 SWB with screwed wheel bearings as I would in an Enzo with particularly sticky tyres.

JSG,

Such faith in your own driving We have a 500 bhp Noble interested in the trip - that will be awesome to see on the track. I don't think much will keep up with that although we also have a 500+ bhp 911 TT which will be running on track tyres driven by an ex-Palmer instructor. That too may be averagely quick

I probably won't try and show off my stuff in the camera van

You should see the footage of me going down the remains of the back straight at Chimay. Sideways. In the siling rain. That was fun.

Will play a game of hunt-down-the-missing-memory-card over the next few nights and see if I can find it. Otherwise it'll be (1) lost, and (2) a rush to buy another huuuuuuge capacity one before going on holiday next week.

We've got a T350 onboard as well as Simon George from EVO in his Murcielago so it's shaping up nicely
