Door switches

Could someone point me in the right direction for getting the magnetic switches that go in the doors?

Is fitting them done from the outside or is it from inside the door?

They fit from outside the door With 2 small screws. But you would have to take the door apart as the connector wont fit through UNLESS you decide to cut and solder a new one on. Which, lets face it will probably be easier and cheaper as the new switch probably wont have a plug on them. Not quite sure what they are.... Will check shortly when Im at the car

Search on ebay for ptc 130/30 proximity switch cheapest is about £11 or try rs components they're cheaper but don't know if there's a minimum order.
