Another wheels thread

I'm currently running my 4.5 Cerb on a set of 18" spiders and have done for around 8 years. I also have a set of RL17s in the garage that need a refurb but I'd like to put some new wheels on my baby. I like the look of the spiders but my o/s/f has a slight flat spot on it. I want something that looks similar to the spiders but are a little more robust....the road surfaces in north Nottinghamshire and south Yorkshire are disgraceful. What do other people run that look similar? I quite liked the look of the Compomotive wheels posted on an earlier thread and also like the SP wheels that some have fitted (although they don't look like spiders). If you could post some pics of your set up, that'd be cool. TIA

This not to everyone's taste but I have a set of 18" RL7's and I've just taken them off and tried a standard set of 16" TVR alloys and the ride quality and handling difference is remarkable. I'll be keeping the RL7's as I love the look of them and they are in superb condition but the majority of the time I'll be driving it around on the 16's for pure comfort and drivability. I'd heard it said but I'm surprised the difference they make, i'll no longer be driving around pot holes!
