Ok so I bit the bullet and purchased a set of the lovely Nitron shocks for my car.
Ive come to fit them and the fronts,
I have a question.
The lower mount in the wishbones, on my car they seem to have the spacer collets welded to the wishbones. If this is so how does one go about fitting the nitrons as they have there own collets with O rings in..??
Also,
how do you get the old shock out, do I have to remove the 2 top bolts from the top wishbone to get clearance to remove the old shock...

The dampers will fit with the spacers fitted, just make sure they are fully pressed in agaist o rings. No you don't need to remove upper wishbone bolts. you will have to set Ride height, damper settings and full geo setup tho.

Hi Greg.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I must have been having a "blonde" moment, DOH.!!!!, as ive had another look, and its all clear now....
Still not too sure how to get the old shocks out though, it seems a tight squeeze... Ive got the top and bottom bolts out and the shock is loose, but still encased with the wishbones, am I missing something...
Ta.

LOL. yep they are a tight squeese on the front of a cerbera, i used to get a prybar on the bottom of the old shock above the lower wishbone and lever them up to pop them out.
