Cerbera fan speed slow

Hi guys, anyone got any idea's how to speed up the fan on the cold setting?
I cooked the other day the cold fan speed is really slow.
Air Con has been re-gased

Take it you've turned it on by pushing the button in then turned the knob for the speed?

Cold fan is in the drivers side wheel arch. Refer to the wiring diagrams and check its getting a decent voltage with the fan switch set to full speed. Next thing to check is its not blocked up with dried leaves or other rubbish. Finally a 3" inline blower fan can be added to the pipe taking cold air from the cold box to the mixing plenum behind the dash. I've done that and spliced the power for the extra fan into the wiring from the heater control with no adverse on the control box after nearly 2 years.
