Paint Code?

Hello all,

My Cerbera is in an 'interesting' shade of green... in the handbook there is a metal sheet paint sample with "Spectrum Green 0488B" written on it that was supplied by TVR at the time the car was ordered.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what 0488B means? Is this a colour that is used elsewhere as well?
