4.2 and 4.5 engines - are the heads identical

Can anyone advise me whether or not the heads for the 4.2 and 4.5 are the same? Most people I have talked to say they are but would like a definite answer please.

the heads come stamped on teh back either 4.2 or 4.5 so I'm guessing they aren't the same, otherwise why would tvr have them labelled?

There is a difference, its not apparent until you dwell deeper into the heads... but the physical cast heads are the same.... I personally have never seen a 4.2 head so couldnt comment on the 4.2 marking, but joos been down most hoods now... just a few more hundred to complete the quest.
