What is this pipe for?

Hi,

What is the purpose of the pipe/hose marked with the blue circle in photo, and more important where does it terminate/end?

It is for bleeding the clutch.
It doesn't connect to anything.

It's supposed to be tied up under the scuttle panel so that it's easy to access

Of course, if you were Dutch, not Danish, the pipe would be for schmoking......
