What is VOSR inspection ?

vosa stands for vaiachel and opperator services.
try www. vosa gov uk or alike.
the cat c check is a ;vid; check .usualy done at a D.V.L.A. or minestery local centre.to establish the ;vaiachels identity ;to stop people buying dammaged cars and swaping the identity to a stolen car(ringing)
ask to see any pre repair photoes of the car, and contact the previous owner about its history,
damage repairables can offer verry good value
and they can be taken off the list
