Electric issue?

Hi, the car hasn't been used a great deal but is charged every fortnight. Battery is showing as fully charged but neither the doors nor boot will open, no noise from the solenoid or anything at all.

Any ideas what it might be please?

Is the car unlocked/ disarmed?

Open the boot and locate the "Door and Window Control Unit"

Take a photo of where all the plugs go and then disconnect it for a min or so.

Once you have connected it all back up again see if doors and windows now work, the boxes some times get them selves confused.

Slightly embarrassing...

I had thought something had 'gone' such as the fuses, however I just connected the battery up to another car and could then open the door so I think that means the battery is u/s. Luckily I had left the bonnet unlocked!
