AJP Valve Guides

Does anyone do an uprated version of the AJP valve guides? I assume the ones TVR Parts are selling are the ones that wear "quickly"..

I looked at the offerings from the main suppliers and was not particularly impressed so had a few sets machined from colsibro .

Has any one shortened them slightly to protrude less?

I think you will find the ports are already to big for the engine and you will gain power by building them up to get some gas speed ,if you dare .
