Ah but services are yearly if the mileage doesn't indicate a service before that.

That cars been sitting around a lot, driven a little bit with servicing done every year.

Agreed - not only to cover warranty but also the car will need it. 3K miles though - not even run in. But I guess someone who thinks low miles is a good thing (doh) will pay a premium.
