Rear anchor points for child restraints/ seats

Hi All,
Strange one this for UK residents but necessary here in Western Australia. I need to add an anchor point for a child seat restraint at the back of each of my rear seats. This bolt needs to support the clip that comes with most child seat thingies. I need them for the compliance inspection and they will conveniently disappear afterwards! The most common are a bolt through a bracket as in the attached photo.
I'm hoping someone can give me some advice please?
