I normally fill mine to about 1cm below that line, i find if i fill over it, it vents off.
It also tends to lose a bit over time, i put it downto old hoses and clips. Probably have to put about a half a pint of water in it every month or two depending on how much i use it.
Its always been like that for the four years i have owned it, its never got any worse so havn't worried to much about it.
Its on the list!

How was Spa?
heading there tomorrow for the weekend.
Did you take the route via Lille?
I doubt Paul went via Lille since he's based in Lux.heading there tomorrow for the weekend.

However, I agree, the E42, is quieter and far less tedious than the E40. My preferred route is to then take the E25 under Liege, and exit near Beaufays, then 20 mins to Spa via N62.
I guess you're there by now though!
