4.5 running rich and bogging down at about 1800 revs

Hi All,
The above symptoms are the issue - running really rich (really strong at the rear and drinking petrol also)!
Having finally got EvoOllies scan to work (awesome and really helpful thanks) I have the following snapshot of some readings from about 2 minutes analysis:

Having read and reread many posts about this I still need a bit of confirmation please.
Do I first "reset" the adaptives through the computer scan page? They seem all over the place and would explain the high fueling and rich mix. Adaptive 1 varies from -31.8 to +5.9 with adaptive 2 much more positive most of the time ranging from -26.7 to +14.5. They are never the same with most often about a +8 between them, this does vary wildly though especially when revved up to 1800.
Idle varies from 1009 to 1074
My throttles (fuel) are slightly off each other - both should be 16.8? Throttle 1 is 14. 8 to 15.9 but varies whilst the other remains rock steady. Throttle 2 is mostly on 16.9 but sometimes goes to 17.3 Is it correct I can adjust these with the adjustable bar and idle?
Lambdas continually been 0 - 1 seem ok

By "switching" you mean going up/ down and alternating between two then yes. Always between 0 & 1 also. So I dont think they are to blame.
However, I had time to play today and had a go at setting throttle bodies and the t pots.
Throttle bodies: even side was too much so adjusted that first after realising you can do this with the engine off (nightmare otherwise with v hot engine in your face etc!!!). Even side remained quite static and my good reading for 1000 revs was 15.9. However, the neg side (initially lower) was constantly fluttering above and below what I set it at - I ended up setting it so the 15.9 was in the middle of the flutter (YKWIM). Obviously an air leak somewhere which I will look into over next few days.
T pots - never done this before and I actually was not 100% where they were etc until it became obvious! Adjustment really difficult with the engine running and attempting to view the computer screen through the windscreen - close to the spinning a/c unit, vibrating v hot engine etc. Actual movements again would not stay still as very minute movements to adjust. I thought that I was holding it still but it would not remain on one reading. I ended up putting them both around -6 as I could not get zero. There is no spike in the initial readout readout so I'm not sure what is going on here.
However AGAIN! The car is TRANSFORMED. I am blown away at how smooth it is. I couldn't wipe the smile off my face knowing it was good at these settings and what would it be like if they were spot on. The revs were so smooth and it was like a different car. No rich smell, no chugging/ bogging down (apart from usual 2200 revs) just smooth seamless power. Amazing how if you are the only driver with no other reference point how bad things can get without you realising!
However, I had time to play today and had a go at setting throttle bodies and the t pots.

That is a good point - I'm not sure as to what lower range the battery affects the engine running.

I'm more concerned initially re the bouncing throttle values for the odd bank. I just could not get them to remain in one place. The same with the throttle pots - I could not get them to remain perfectly on the same reading. Not major movements but virtually a constant flicker between three levels.
