Help with insurance
Discussion
Manyy of you have already helped me out with what to look for in a cerb, but now its insurance time, i have had quotes of £850 fully comp (like you would insure a cerb TPFT) which i think is good for a 23 yr old. But as i will be getting a daily run around car as well is was wondering if anyone knew of an insurance company that will insurec 2 cars on 2 policy. If anyone could help i would be greatful many thanks.
Hi - I just got a quote that might help you.
Via Classicline (01455 639000)I got an excellent quote for just over £600 fully comp. You dont need to use your no claims bonus. You just need to be using the car as a 2nd car only. Comes with legal and windscreen. £250 excess. You need to confirm that you are used to high power cars. The policy is actually with KGM - a lloyds broker.
Any negatives on them the plse mail me !!

Also - if you move your main car to Admiral they will give you an introductory no claims bonus on the TVR as a 2nd car. Havent tried them yet but looks promising. Many brokered policies get you on the pay annual up front and then clearly you cancel at some point during a policy yr AND at that point they stitch you on fees (I have been there).
