Well guys been away from cerb ownership for just over 3 years and am looking at coming back. Really miss my old cerb and a few things have changed in my life now so the reasons i sold up last time have changed. My main reason for selling was lack of use.....but to be honest the car i replaced it with has been used even less...and i now have a large unit which will easily house the cerb so i can really work on her properly. We have moved house and life is a bit less stressed now so i think its the time to come back. At this moment in time my wife...mrs sponge really wants another cerbera as we loved our old car and miss the days at chatsworth etc and the whole tvr scene. My present car is an 09 rs focus which is pampered but i dont get that buzz when i drive her like i did in the cerb...need that fix agsin.

There’s a lot more happening in the world of cerb ownership now with the Facebook group going. Better meets and they are a bunch of nutters. But in a good way. Be good to get you back in the fold. You always had interesting threads on here. PH is a bit quiet these days and a lot more happens on the fb group. Even if you hate it join it

Yeah that's mine, I don't need to sell it really. I just thought as I don't use it much I'd pay a bit of the mortgage off.

I think this car is in South Yorkshire, and it is a nice one, saw it last year at a meet in Sheffield, looks good value in today's market, nice black leather/yellow stitched interior if my memory serves

Hi Spongy, great to see you back on the forum! I spent an absolute arm and a leg on R72, if it needed anything I’d say it would benefit from a carpet set and interior tidy up. It was a bit of a so and so for the first two years to be honest, I think I’d finally gotten on top of it by the time I came to sell. It had a lot of engine work, I had it fully repainted too.

Miss all you guys and very surprised scotty has fled the clan .

Robsco....hi bud thought it was your old car and can remember the problems you had with her. Mine never really gave me any issùes just the odd niggle. Not worried about tidying one up a bit.....they have gone up in price a bit ....but thats life.

They’re going up definitely, but at least you know your money is as safe as houses. Far prettier than a number in your online banking.

Not sure on budget...... but ideally a 4.5 . To be honest i love the one ive been looking in the classifieds on here ......the yellow one. Ive got to sell my rs first so am in no rush, think the rs will sell pretty fast due to its condition and low milage. Wont let her go for under 22........so the cerb will be around this figure. Typical i had to pay more for my rs than i got for the cerb and now its gone the other way lol

Looks nice, bright colour outside, sensible inside. No chassis work so I would have a careful look at the corners but looks a good car on the advert
