ok , seem quite keen on this one :

have not gone to see it yet , what are the main things to look for.
Is it someones on here ? does the price seem ok ? its not far off my budget

Get someone who knows cerbs to look at it.
New engine should mean later dipstick position etc..
New engine is a good thing.
Mileage is a bit too low for my liking.
Price is about right.
so if condition and history is good then go for it.

Not 100% true. My car had a full rebuild, almost replacement.

New Crank
New Pistons
New Rods
New Block
Oil and Water Pumps

But, as it retained the orignal sump the dipstick is still at the back. The only major components used again were the heads (but they had some attention).
