Just come back to the car after a few weeks and the battery is TOTALLY dead., not a flicker.

Started to charge it and now the alarm will not stop! I've disconnected the battery and it's still going, it's been about 20 minutes now and I, and my neighbours, are getting very bored with it.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

when this happened to me I think I whipped out fuse # 3 to cut the volume down.

Not sure about the alarm, but you might have to pull the connectors off the door control unit on top of the boot, so as to reset them (doors). This happens a lot when the battery goes flat...the doors/windows are not workin properly.

Also, get a trickle charger connected when you next go away.

If it's still going, remove the pos or neg from your battery, re connect with your finger held on the alarm fob (re sync it)

Good luck

What he says ^^^

Or reconnect the battery and within about 4 secs press the fob. Leave the boot and doors open as when you reconnect it will lock everything.

I'd already done all of the above but it didn't work.

I did it all again anyway and then it did work, it's now at HHC to have all of it's little electrical gremlins booted out of it!
