Hello all. Bought the '98, Imperial Blue 4.5 Cerb in my profile in Feb and have enjoyed every minute since then
Now i have an oppurtunity to have a play at Bruntingthorpe for an hour tonight, so was just wondering what tyre pressures i should be running?? Search is down at the moment.
Also looking forward to Midlands meets in the summer.....any other Cerb owners around Leicestershire???? Yet to see another one on my travels since picking it up!!!!!

Weclome Phil .

Typical recommendation is 26 or 27 all round .

Hope you're enjoying your new car .

Congrats, chap!

I notice from your profile pic that you have the 18" spiders (I think!). I was told that they should be 22/24 and this seems to be in with others who have the same wheels...

waits to be shot down in flames by someone who REALLY knows!

I run mine at 22/24 and drop it a little to 20/22 in the cold months. So far so good but I'm donning my flameproof suit as I speak.

I certainly used to run my spiders tyres at about 26 all round (if recall properly). I found them not good at 22 24. BUT I guess it depends on tyres. I had S02s. they are very different to S03s. Maybe some tyres sidewalls are stiffer and so lower pressures are ok. I really did find 22 24 too low.

Run mine 26 all round too, gives good feel to the steering and crisper turn in.

Thanks for the responses chaps.....ran 26 all round on the strip.

Had four good runs and each time managed an indicated 170mph before i ran out of room! Why didn't those Vulcan bombers need a 3 mile take off!!!!!!
