Blat with a Bentley

Hi gang

Had a bit of a go with a Bentley coupe yesterday, got away from him eventually, only after I dropped it into third at about 75 and floored it. Question is, is the Bentley that fast or does my 4.5 need looking at???

If it was one of the new GT Coupes then yes, they're fast, plus have masses of traction from their four wheel drive, huuuuge tyres and sheer weight pressing down on the road.

I played with one a few weeks back and was likewise surprised how well he kept up.

Couldn't match my 4.2 in 2nd however!

Bentley Continental GT....6 litre, 12 cylinder twin turbochargers, 4 wheel drive....552 bhp...0-60 in 4.7 secs, and top speed of 198mph!







Guess you need your Cerb looking at! ...

There was one at the brighton speed trials... I thought with four wheel drive it would be quicker than the Cerb.


What was I thinking?? that sub £20k rocket left it despite lacking any vague ability to even know the meaning of traction.

I dont think your 4.5's probably lacking much, just the Cerbera steps things up a notch when big revs are involved. Still, might be a good way to justify that remap you've always promised yourself?

Moving that monster around at Cerbera velocities probably meant that he'd emptied the gas tank

Got one on mine!...certainly no regrets! ...and seems to date, the only one that has proven results...you'll need to speak to Joolz for details!

Not sure, might be worth waiting a few months and seeing whats available... I have a feeling Joolz's new upgrade business may have a wider range of options.

Cant say what is best because I havent tried any personally. However, so far the emeralded(?) cars have been the only ones on two sets of rollers and are therefore most proven in terms of output.
